Swan House is an elegant, classically styled mansion that was built in 1928 for the Edward H. Inman family, heirs to a cotton brokerage fortune. It provides a glimpse into the lifestyle of this Atlanta family during the 1920s and 1930s.
Tullie Smith Farm is a plantation-plain house that was built in the 1840s by the Robert Smith family. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it was originally located east of Atlanta, outside the city limits, and survived the near-total destruction of Atlanta in 1864.
