Event Description
Opening Reception: Friday, June 8 from 7 to 9 p.m.
This exhibit features works by Kelly O'Brien. “Defining beauty is problematic — so is defining sculpture,” O'Brien says. These works are investigations of the fragile boundaries that separate beautiful from grotesque. O'Brien says, "My curiosity lies in opposites that share similar qualities. Cheap becomes classy, bland becomes bright, bulge becomes gaunt, and all is turned inside out."
