Event Description
This exhibit features 27 photographs of local Civil War homes by photographer Jim Divitale, along with Civil War photographs on loan from collector David Wynn Vaughan. The exhibit combines Vaughan's fabulous collection of original Civil War Confederate images of Georgia soldiers and Georgia Military Institute cadets with DiVitale's black and white photography of Marietta's antebellum homes. The common theme is that these soldiers would have seen and most likely visited these homes. Now the museum visitors get to see the homes and heroes together again 150 years later.
