Atlanta PlanIt Survey Sweepstakes – IPAD Mini
1. Entry Time Period
This sweepstakes’ Start Date is January 7, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. (EST) and the End Date is January 21, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (EST.) No entries for the drawing, to be held after 11:59 p.m. (EST) on January 21, 2013, will be accepted before the Start Date or after the End Date.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Entrants must complete survey and entry form to be eligible for prize . All survey participation will result in a total of one entry per name per drawing. Winner’s name must match state-issued photo identification. Persons in the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: (a) persons who on or after the Start Date, were employees of APS, AETC, Public Broadcasting Atlanta, and (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in the preceding category, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household, whether related or not.
One winner will receive a 16GB iPad mini, Retail Value $329.00 dollars (three hundred twenty nine dollars). Any and all prize-related expenses, plus any and all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Winner Notification and Acceptance
Winner will be notified by January 28, 2013. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release. Non-compliance will result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. Atlanta PlanIt will contact winners via e-mail, phone number(s) and/or mailing address provided by contest entrant. Failure of winners to respond or accept prize(s) within sixty days will result in alternate prize disposition. Non-acceptance of prize will result in an alternate winner being drawn from the original pool of eligible entrants.
The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All entries will result in a list of unduplicated names from which one winner will be randomly selected.
Atlanta PlanIt and its parent, Public Broadcasting Atlanta (PBA), recognize the importance of privacy to our members. Atlanta PlanIt does not collect personally-identifying information from the Atlanta PlanIt Web site unless you choose to provide that information to us during the registration process. We may ask for personal information at other times, such as when you ask a question or report a problem with this site. If you contact the staff, we may keep a record of that session or correspondence, including a record of your e-mail address. We may occasionally ask users to complete surveys for research purposes. Atlanta PlanIt may also capture IP addresses, domain names and similar items regarding users of this site to measure the number of visits, pages visited, average time spent on this site and similar items.
