Submission Guidelines

Thanks for preparing to submit your event to Atlanta PlanIt.

*Due to the high volume of event submissions at this time, we cannot guarantee that listings submitted less than two weeks from the event's start date will be accepted. Please submit your listings as far in advance as possible. 

*Please read these guidelines before submitting an event. All submitted events must be: open to the general public and a professional level performance, artistic display (visual arts), or cultural exhibit, attraction or landmark.

*Note: If your event is a fundraiser, part of a religious service, convention show, tour, book signing, lecture or food-focused event it will be listed at the discretion of the Editor. To help stay in line with our mission, Atlanta PlanIt does not currently list member-only events, workshops, classes, high school or children’s recitals, camps, sporting events, or farmer’s markets.

To submit an event to Atlanta PlanIt for an organization located in Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Henry or Fulton county, please e-mail info@atlantaplanit.com with the following information:
Name of the event, presenting/sponsoring organization, location, dates, times, cost information, and short description of the event or artist.

*Event Images: In order for your event to be considered for featuring, we must have a professional-quality promotional image to display with your listing. Images must be in either .JPG or .GIF format and no larger than 3 megabytes. 

*All events will be reviewed and, if accepted, posted within 5 to 10 business days. Atlanta PlanIt reserves the right to edit graphic images and submissions for grammar, style and accuracy, and we may omit any events that we believe are not suitable for the site.
